How To Register

Patients living within our catchment area can register with us by contacting reception and completing our patient registration forms.

Our catchment area agreed with the NHS Forth Valley includes the University campus, Bridge of Allan, Causewayhead, Menstrie, Cambuskenneth and parts of Stirling. If you would like to register with us but are not sure if you are in our catchment are please telephone the medical centre and one of our receptionist will be able to help you.

Once you have completed our registration forms you will be asked to attend a short discussion with a member of the nursing team who will collect relevant health information and who will offer advice were necessary.

If you have a National Health Services (NHS) card please bring this with you. If you are coming from abroad please bring your vaccination card and any medical history records.
