Travel Information

If you require any vaccinations for foreign travel you will need to make an appointment with the practice nurse at least 6 – 8 weeks before travelling.

Some vaccinations you may need may not be available through Airthrey Park Medical Centre and you will be advised to attend a private travel clinic.

Please download the information sheet of what vaccinations are available on the NHS/Private etc.

Therefore giving yourself enough time before travelling is crucial. Please complete and download the questionnaire giving us as much detail as possible. Then bring this with you to your appointment.
