Patient Participation Group Needs You

Are you interested in participating in the health improvement of the practice population? are you enthusiastic and full of ideas? would you like to have a voice to the continuing improvement of services at airthrey park medical centre?

If this is you we would like to hear from you

The partners and staff at airthrey park are keen to set up and develop a patient participation group as a means of obtaining patient input to the running of the practice.

What can a patient participation group do within the practice ? it can;

  1. provide communication channels
  2. provide information for patients
  3. improve surgery environment
  4. contribute to practice decisions
  5. monitor patient satisfaction

However before setting up a patient participation group we need patients who are committed to participating!

If you are interested in becoming part of such a group or require further information please write to or speak to june croll, business practice manager, at the medical centre (june.croll@nhs.net)

we are looking to hold our 1st meeting in the spring of 2010
