Please note You may receive a call from one of our pharmacy team about your medication or be asked to make an appointment with the GP.
They will be happy to discuss any concerns and queries over the phone related to your medication.
Health Visitors
Our attached Health visitoR, visits families and individuals at home and on campus, for children aged 0 – school age.
The Health Visitor will arrange to see you at a suitable time and place e.g. your home, GP surgery, local clinic and on campus. Her contact details are as follows:-

Primary Care Mental Health Nurse – Mr Davide Mori (m)
We have an in-house mental health nurse, Davide.
The role of the mental health nurse is to provide a mental health service to patients aged 18 years and over who present with issues related to their mental health. These will include common mental health problems such as: acute anxiety/ depressive symptoms, situational crisis, bereavement, and stress.
Patients can be referred by colleagues within the practice. The mental health nurse can offer a mental state assessment, short-term support, guided self help, medication, fitnotes and signposting on to more appropriate services.
Davide will be happy to discuss your mental health issues and offer support, face to face, within a safe and confidential environment.
Advanced Physiotherapy Practitioner – Ms Ann Steven (f)
Our APP, Ann has a BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy and has extensive knowledge and skills in musculoskeletal and orthopaedic assessment and management.
Ann’s role within the the practice, is to be first point of contact for adults ( aged 16 and over), and to support the GPs with MSK conditions. Ann will liaise with the GPs to organise fit notes and medication(s).
Advanced Nurse Practitioner
Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) – Mrs Louise Doyle (f)
My role as Advanced Nurse Practitioner is to support General Practice, working alongside the multidisciplinary team. I have gained the prerequisite academic qualifications that are required to practice as an ANP. Included in this is non-medical prescribing. Through this, I have gained the knowledge base and clinically competences to ensure safe complex clinical decisions are made within my autonomous practice. I offer advice and implement treatments on a variety of medical or surgical complaints, as listed below, through either telephone or face-to-face appointments:

- Skin infection/abscess formation
- Impetigo
- Concerning skin lesions/mole changes
