Airthrey Park Medical Centre: Duty of Candour Report (1 April 2024 to 31 March 2025)
All health and social care services in Scotland have a legal duty of candour. This means that when specific types of incidents occur, the people affected are entitled to:
- Understand what happened.
- Receive an apology.
- Know that the organisation(s) involved will learn how to improve for the future.
As part of this duty, we are required to provide an annual report on how we have implemented the organisational duty of candour within our services.
This report outlines how Airthrey Park Medical Centre has fulfilled the organisational duty of candour from 01 April 2024 to 31 March 2025.
Report Findings:
In the last year (01 April 2024 to 31 March 2025), there were no incidents to which the organisational duty of candour applied.
