COVID vaccination centre to open on campus

A new vaccination centre is opening on Saturday 14 August at the University of Stirling, allowing members of the public, students and University staff to receive their COVID-19 vaccine.

The facility is being set up in the University’s Pathfoot building and will offer both drop in and scheduled appointments.

Anyone currently living in Scotland who requires a first or second dose of the vaccine can attend. This includes international students arriving on campus and those who are not yet registered with a GP.

The centre will operate seven-days-a-week, from 8:30am-7.00pm, and will have capacity to deliver up to 600 vaccinations a day, increasing vaccination capacity across the region. It will sit alongside NHS Forth Valley’s existing community vaccination sites.
